Weer Africa is a non-profit organization aimed at helping the Senegalese community overcome the burgeoning threat of Non-Communicable Disease (NCD). Chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension
The goal of Weer Africa is to offer support and programming for Senegalese with diabetes and other NCDs. Our programs NCD community screenings, health education, clinical training and health care resources to facilitate disease management with the goal of improving health outcomes for patients currently living with NCDs and preventing NCDs in future generations.
