Chronic diseases have become increasingly prevalent in developing countries such as Nigeria. Through health promotion, nutrition counseling, and early screenings for diabetes and hypertension, we hope to reduce the global burden of these diseases as well as others.
Maternal and infant health concerns will be addressed through prenatal care, nutrition counseling, and postnatal care.
