We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) company formed for the purpose of developing a sturdy, low-cost infant incubator specifically for developing countries. The MediCradle incubator runs on numerous sources of power (including car batteries), is easily repairable using only modular parts, has an air filter to protect the infant from pathogens, and costs a small fraction of the cost of a normal infant incubator. Everyone working on this project, from engineers, lawyers, doctors, NICU nurses, and software designers, have all donated their time in order to help make this incubator a reality.
As of June, 2024, the MediCradle incubator has been certified as being fully compliant with all IEC international regulations,
