We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Portland, OR. We were founded in 2013, but have been working together since 2011.

We strive to empower the next generation of ethical leaders through providing exceptional academics and hands-on leadership opportunities to individuals from underprivileged families. We do this so that nationals are equipped to provide sustainable solutions to the poverty and corruption that plague their communities and societies. By educating motivated high school graduates we hope to achieve this goal.

Currently we are serving in Honduras, where we offer a 2.5-year Business Leadership Degree to young women who could not otherwise afford a college education. Our curriculum has four primary focus areas: English, Leadership, Community Development, and Business/Entrepreneurship. By focusing in these areas, our students will obtain the necessary skills to succeed in Honduras’ difficult economic environment. It is our hope that our graduates will use their skills and businesses to not only improves their own lives and the lives of their families, but also to enrich their local communities and entire country.
