Regardless of how many years may have passed since your graduation, we are certain you remember the individuals that have mentored you as you progressed through your journey. Be a mentor to a current student -- inspire them, share with them, and further fuel their passion to become healthcare providers. This life changing opportunity enables all volunteers to appreciate medicine at the grass-roots level... all while making a difference across the globe. Together as a team, you will set up free medical clinics to provide medical services to approximately 150 patients a day (always free of charge to all patients.)IHG teams form year round; however, our sessions receive highest student interest during Winter Break (December), Spring Break (March/April), and Summer Break (June - September). Our sessions typically run from 7 nights/8 days to 14 nights/15 days, with the option to extend your stay. As a thank you for your participation and mentorship, all lodging accommodations/ground transport/food and recreational activities during your scheduled IHG sessions are at no cost to you.
