Grace Works Initiative (GWI) is a non-profit Organization established in 2013. We work especially with rural communities in Uganda to promote access to health care services and livelihood empowerment.

Bukomolo Health Facility (Kezia Memorial Health Centre)

Grace Works Initiative has constructed a health facility in Bukomolo Village (located in Kibuku District, eastern Uganda); serving a population of over 20,000 people. Before our intervention in 2015, People in and around Bukomolo had limited access to health care services. They had to walk at least 10 miles to access a health facility for treatment. This facility became operational in June 2017. We diagnose, treat and provide preventative health services to visiting patients. Other services are; vaccination, maternity, HIV/AIDS testing and counseling , pubic health promotion and education and many more.
