The African Diaspora Coordinating Office (ADCO) is organizing a Voluntary Medical Mission to Sierra Leone in April 2017. Teams are being formed by professionals from world renowned facilities who will voluntarily embark on a two week long medical mission to Sierra Leone from April 9th to April 22nd, 2017. Mobile clinics will operate in deprived and hard to reach Freetown communities.
The goal is to extend service to those in need, particularly the less fortunate who cannot afford basic medical care and have difficulty accessing medical facilities. Granting Sierra Leone’s needs are great to say the least, the focus will remain on prioritized concerns such as infectious disease, cardiovascular disease, Diabetes and Women’s Health.
